Online Payment Processing with Cinderblock

Yes, you can have your clients pay their invoices online.

To enable online payments for your clients you will need to apply for Cinderpay.  

To do this, go to “Company Settings” and click on “Cinderpay” under the Application Settings category.  

Click on “Apply” and fill in all the required fields. Once your application is submitted you will have to wait for your application to be reviewed.  

If there was a problem with your application, you will see one of the following messages: 
“We need some more information to complete your application. Please contact us as soon as possible."
“Your application was rejected. You can contact us for more details”

In both cases, please contact us to get support with your specific application.

If your application is successful, you will see the following message: 

“Your Cinderpay account is active and able to receive payments.”

When sending your clients an invoice, make sure the “Credit card payments” toggle is on. Clients will see a “Pay Now” button at the top of their invoice.

Note: To be eligible for Cinderpay your business must be based in the US and you must be on either the Solo, Foundation, Build, or High-rise plans.
